Chronicle Builder is operated by Ember Ink Studio. We want you to be happy with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work and how to request one.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid Chronicle Builder subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial subscription purchase on each plan.
How to request a refund
Our order process is handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
- Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request; or
- Email support@chroniclebuilder.com with the email address used at checkout and the date of purchase, and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are not automatically refundable, but if a renewal billed you unexpectedly, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
AI credit packs
One-off AI credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase if the credits have not been used. Partially used packs may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law, including any right of withdrawal that applies in your country.
